    PCGamer were back today with more GW2 goodness, this time it was Tim Edwards asking the questions, Tim had a chance to talk with NCsoft's Chief Art Director and all round legend Daniel Dociu, about his background, the ArenaNet way of doing things and some of the challenges involved in making Guild Wars 2 look as good as its concept art...

    Tim Edwards: What's the guiding principles that you look for in Guild Wars 2 art?
    Daniel Dociu:The overall sensibility that led us in developing the first game remain in place, and we are shooting to elevate the level of art without negating what we did the first time around. If I were to sum it up in a bullet point format, really high on the list of attributes we'd assign to our work is craftsmanship. We want the game to feel like a product of artisans who deeply care about their craft and are passionate about constantly bettering themselves as artists.
