Roleplayers of Tyria, or RoT, is a roleplaying community aimed at players of the upcoming ArenaNet MMORPG Guild Wars 2. Roleplayers of Tyria features extensive forums for discussion, a calendar keeping track of events and important dates for both Guild Wars 2 and the roleplaying community, and the community driven Chronicle.

The Chronicle is Roleplayers of Tyria's blog which features content exclusively written by and for members of the community with articles ranging from IC reviews of events to OOC guides and information targeted at roleplayers.

Roleplayers of Tyria is a community dedicated to Roleplayers for Guild Wars 2. Our website features a forum allowing users to connect for OOC and IC purposes, a blog allowing members of the community to write their own content directed to roleplayers, a calendar allowing for easy-access and planning for upcoming events, and news from both ArenaNet and Guild Wars 2 to make Roleplayers of Tyria a one stop place for roleplayers.

Our forums allow for discussion on almost all topics, game wise and roleplay, as well as OOC areas to allow members to relax and get to know one another and connect. A directory for guilds allows roleplay guilds to better attract potential members and allows those members to find exactly what they are looking for.

Our calendar is integrated with our forums meaning that posts made for upcoming roleplay events will be added to our calendar making it easy to schedule your times and plan ahead.


The Chronicle, our blog, is written by and for roleplayers with content that really matters to us. Whether it is a review of a previous roleplay event or a guide on how to roleplay or a dungeon, it is content for roleplayers.
