I haven't dedicated any of my time to concept art yet and I believe that to be wrong since ArenaNet showed us alot of great sketches. Again, nothing new but still an eye candy for everyone that can enjoy some art and maybe clues and hints for the upcoming Guild Wars 2.

The pictures I added are all taken from concept art videos found on YouTube. It is alot of material to go through so I took the time to extract my favourites, to share with you readers. I want to stress, ArenaNet mentioned, everything from concept art will not be in the game!



If Guild Wars 2 was already out and I would find a concept art video I wouldn't bother to watch. I can say I would miss out on some nice sketches and drawings. We are taken through the deepest and darkest forests, over the frozen white mountain tops and to the vast and endless wastelands. At least so it seems. Most of the pictures have that post apocalyptic feel to them, but light can still be found in some areas of Tyria. The concept art of underwater world is wrapped in mysticism.

We encounter all kinds of creatures of all the shapes and sizes. Some giant monsters are a must see and are already on my list of epic encounters so I can only hope most of these will get to see the light of day. Good thing is, ArenaNet promises alot of giant monsters!

From the sketches, the world seems giant to explore and diverse. Just like the threats it is facing in shape of dragons and other out of real world sized creatures. Exploring it will be fun and dangerous, the process of saving it will be even better! Places to discover, enemies to defeat. These videos are a great teaser of what is possibly to come. The more I see, the harder I wait, but I love it either way!
