The Guardian is here! Another piece of the profession jigsaw is set in place as ArenaNet reveals the 5th profession. It is new to Guild Wars world and that is something they are best at. It has a similar sense of uniqueness as a Mesmer and that is the main reason I believe this will be a great and popular profession.

While it resembles a Paladin for its role, it has many upgrades of a sort. Guardian can wield a variety of weapons, which makes it very interesting and even tempting to play one. Above all fun.

It is a profession players will run to for cover, hence the name. Guardian; support profession that can take on enemies and aid friends and allies.
