As announced, this week we'll be blessed with some more information on the Charr race. NowGamer.com started the week nicely with an exclusive interview with Jeff Grubb and John Peeters. Together they mostly discussed the lore behing the race, a look through the Charr's eyes.
Will Charr players eventually lock horns with the humans along the way?
Jeff Grubb: The Charr and the humans have been fighting for centuries, but in the last five years they have reached a truce. It’s not a peace treaty, as they are in negotiations that are still going on. Because the Charr are best by problems on all side, they can put to rest their differences with humans to allow them to deal with the ghosts, the monsters coming out of the mountains, as well as the dragon. They’ve just got too many fronts going at once. While there’s still a lot of bad blood between humans and Charr, the truce negotiations and ceasefire hasn’t done a lot to bring the races closer together.
