Hello fellow Guild Wars 2 enthusiast, it's me abStractDeath! Who is abStractDeath? Well I am a new writer that has just recently been added to the GW2Fans team. I am very excited to be able to share some of my thoughts and opinions as well as some of the amazing new information that ArenaNet is releasing about Guild Wars 2. I just wanted to let everyone know who I am and ask all of you to keep an eye out for my articles.

Before I go I would like to share a little tidbit about myself. Some of you may have noticed my gamer tag/alias abStractDeath and wondered what it means. Well being a gamer that has played games since I can remember from the classics like Atari, NES, Wolfenstein 3D, and Doom all the way to newer games like Call of Duty, WoW, League of Legends, Guild Wars, and soon (hopefully) to be Guild Wars 2 I found that something would commonly happen to me in all of these games. It was the fact that I don't just die in the games, I die in the most absurd and unimaginable ways possible. The kind of deaths that leave you speechless as to what exactly just happened. I mean things like glitching on a zeppelin from Orgimmar and falling to my death or being sniped through a door on Dust 2 when the intended target was on the other side of the door. It got to the point where friends that I gamed with on a constant basis started to notice the pattern as well. That is when I decided it was my fate to always be known as abStractDeath. Plus I liked the sound of it.
