When will GW2 be released?

Lets start a poll to see how close we'll be when it's rly announced :)

I'm guessing/hoping that it would be Q2 2011 somewhere between Q1-3

eh next week right??? hmm goin for Q3 on this, i reckon we'll be lucky if we get a beta by Q1, but hopefully i'm wrong! the sooner

2011 will be the "testing" phase for Anet methinks. And if they are smart they will give out small weekend beta tests here and there drawn out over 4 months or so. Just like they do with the information they are giving out now.

Show us a little at a time and leave us pining for more.

Next year November. Arenanet probably takes their time to make sure the game is done and then they will start the beta. Which will probably last for 1-2 month and then the game gets released . The beta will either be full length beta or preview weekend like they did with GW1.

I would personally like to see it released BEFORE SW:ToR. But whatever as long as its released

hehe, i wouldnt mind if they come together (or atleast the beta's). So i can test both and finally make my decision.

According to my sources, GW2 is coming out Q1 of 2012. It will be a number one hit doing very well in sales until Q3 of 2012. What happens in Q3 of 2012...my contacts have been silent on that subject. I'll keep prodding till I find out something.

i hope they hurry ill probally lose my interests when it takes more then a year by now
