GWI also got 4 screenshots of the new PvP Bg Map, very jealous of their 'insider' links *giggle* So perhaps this week we can expect big things!

Is it just me or do these screenshots?? look horrible, graphical wise. Everything else iv seen about GW2 seemed to have better high res details. I Really hope this is just lower settings because one of the biggest things drawing me to this game was nice very stylized sharp high res graphics.

These, screenshots, if they are SS from in game look horrible.

Im looking at them side by side with some of the screen shots from the official GW2 website and they dont even compare. I hope they dont do what SWTOR did to us, disable High Res Details cause of performance issues.

High res will be an option you can turn on and off that I am sure of, I believe it was in the first game.

Greaaaaat, now show us the male counterpart for it please... I'd rather be shown what it looks like and get over the fact I have to wear a nightie for a battle garb ASAP.

I think they look great, they're direct in game screenshots so we have no clue what settings were used. Taken from inside the BG lobby, so that open area before the battle starts. You can clearly see some of the details in the armour design, both overall design and patterns, I assume these are very low ranking, if not the starting set? I need to verify, because keep in mind. PvP rewards are better 'looking' gear. So if this is the lowest of the low, I cannot WAIT to see what comes next.

It was the first thing I though also, everything else really looks great but these screenshot looked really ... meeh..
Ofcourse I did like the style of the armour but just the graphics .. Hope I didnt upgrade my PC for nothing
